<td valign="top">The first phase of a new school constructed with AnyWay Soil Block technology in Kangundu, Kenya was commissioned on Feb 26, 2013. Parents, students, school staff and local governmental officials all joined in the celebration. The new school is the vision of MP Johnston Muthama, who announced that this commissioning represents only the beginning of this project, and that many more such schools will be built in the coming years, to support the development of the country through education. Also attending the event was Deputy Ambassador Yaki Lopez, representing the government of Israel which, together with AnyWay and its representative in Kenya, Concept Ltd., supported the project. The Israeli government, through Mashav (its international development agency), donated an agricultural unit which will enable students to train in advanced agricultural methods while growing vegetables for use in the school’s kitchen. At the event, Mr. Zeevik Halber, CEO of AnyWay, thanked the community and the members of the school board for their hands-on participation in the construction of the project. Mr. Halber also thanked MP Muthama for supporting the project and the broader vision of making education accessible in rural areas with the participation of the local communities utilizing the AnyWay technology and training programs.   </td>
